Promotional T&Cs for up to £250 reimbursement on PayPal transaction fees

Promotion
:
Up to £250.00 of PayPal transaction fees reimbursed for the first 90 (ninety) days after an Eligible Participant (as defined below) signs up to Toggle and integrates PayPal for the first time on the UK Toggle platform (“Toggle") during the Promotional Period.

 How to Qualify: To enter the Promotion and be eligible for the Fee Reimbursement (as defined below), Eligible Participants must: (i) integrate PayPal on Toggle and (ii) transact using PayPal during the Promotional Period. Only payments on Eligible Transactions made through PayPal Checkout or card payments with PayPal via Toggle during the Promotional Period shall be eligible to qualify for Fee Reimbursement. This offer is open to new PayPal customers only.

  “Eligible Participant”: New PayPal customers who sign up to the Toggle platform during the Promotional Period and are based in the United Kingdom.           

“Eligible Transaction(s)”: Payments made using PayPal Checkout or card payments with PayPal via Toggle by the Eligible Participant, and settled via Toggle,  during the Promotional Period which incur PayPal Transaction fees. The payee must be based in the United Kingdom. PayPal transaction fees on Eligible Transactions that have been refunded, reversed or charged back are not eligible for reimbursement. 

“Promotional Period”: Starts at 12:01:00 a.m. December 1st 2022 and ends at 11:59:00p.m. GMT on January 31st 2023.“Cap” each Eligible Participant shall be entitled to a maximum fee reimbursement of up to GBP£250.00 (two hundred and fifty pounds).

Fee Reimbursement: PayPal shall reimburse the Eligible Participant for PayPal transaction fees applied on Eligible Transactions up to the Cap. Credit, debit card, and PayPal wallet transactions fees incurred up to the Cap shall be eligible for reimbursement upon expiry of the Promotional Period. Reimbursements will not be awarded on PayPal transactions made and/or settled after: i) the Eligible Participant reaches the Cap; or ii) the Promotional Period ends. Reimbursement is a one-time payment made directly into the Eligible Participant’s PayPal Account after the Promotional Period.  The Reimbursement will be credited to the Eligible Participant’s PayPal account within 30 (thirty) business days from the end of the expiration of the Promotional Period. At the point of reimbursement Eligible Participant must not be in breach of: (a) these Terms and Conditions; or (b) PayPal’s User Agreement; and their PayPal account must be in good standing. PayPal reserves the right to review any account or transaction related to this Promotion, in its sole discretion, without notice, and delay completion of the Fee Reimbursement. Promotion is void where prohibited or if Eligible Participant’s account or transaction(s) are fraudulent, abusive, not completed through legitimate channels, or irregular in any way. PayPal reserves the right to suspend, change or cancel the Promotion at any time as it may determine in its sole discretion. 

Governing law: The Promotion is governed by English law. By participating in the Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our User Agreement. Questions relating to the Promotion will be resolved in PayPal’s sole discretion and its decisions related to the Promotion will be final and binding.

What do you get with Toggle?

Toggle is THE Hospitality Commerce platform. Using out intuitive dashboard, you can build a branded webshop that can sit on your website; allowing you to sell everything from digital & physical gift cards, experiences, merch and much more. You can manage everything Toggle right from the dashboard, and keep a track of exactly how you’re doing.
We also can produce and fulfil physical cards for you, sent from our warehouse, so you don’t have to lift a finger.

Do you do physical cards?

We fulfil branded physical cards for hundreds of hospitality brands already, from design, right through to distribution. If you're interested in having unproblematic physical gift cards, Toggle is the gifting platform for you.

Do I need to get my own cards created and organise a fulfilment centre?

Nope! We have a Toggle fulfilment centre, where we package and send off all the physical cards - meaning, if you like, you never even have to see the thing.

What EPOS partners do you integrate with?

We integrate with over 30 EPOS providers, to ensure a seamless gift card journey. And if we don't integrate with your EPOS provider? Let’s get the conversation going with them, and in the meantime, we have created POS Mode to allow you to sell and redeem in venue without an EPOS integration.

How do customers redeem the vouchers?

This is dependent on whether they’re redeeming in the venue at your till, mobile ordering solution, or your online e-commerce store. Typically, you or your guests will scan the can or input the number, and choose how much of that card they want to redeem against the bill.

How do I know which payment plan is best for my business?

We have a flat rate, per location plan where you don’t pay commission. We also have a commission only option. Have a think about how many gift cards you’ll sell, how many flash promotions you’re going to run, and how much you’ll use Toggle to give gratuity cards. 

I don't have the resource, how much support can I get?

Our support team is quite simply amazing. You can have support on tap, so no matter how many questions you have, fire them over and we’ll answer them. We can also hold your hand through the set up process to make sure you’re getting the most of the platform. Fortunately, the platform is designed to be super simple to set up, so it shouldn’t take much of your time.

Can I connect Toggle to my CRM for sending out vouchers?

Yes! While Toggle does send out the vouchers itself straight out of the box, with no extra set up or configuration, it is possible to have them go through your own CRM. There is further scope for sending extra emails based on a host of Toggle interactions, too.  
You can also issue Toggle cards in your own regular customer sign up / birthday journey. We often see our Togglers have great success with email campaigns that include packaged Toggle vouchers. Check out our Cat and Wickets case study here, to see how you could do it too.
