Did you know, 60% of gift cards are sold in November and December. Within these 60 days you’re going to see a gradual growth up to Black Friday and then an acceleration through to Christmas. Your gift card sales will blow up. You need to be ready for it.

Fortunately, we’re here to help. Over the next few weeks, we’re going to prepare you and your Toggle store to maximise sales when it comes to showtime.

Whilst gift cards are a big winner for the holiday season, it’s important to remember that things aren't the same as they used to be. The world has changed - and so have we. Post-COVID customer behaviour analysis indicates that customers are looking to buy shared experiences, we saw this back last year and it's only grown this year. Over 50% of our Togglers now sell experiences as well as straight gift cards. 

In addition to experiences, brands have also increased the amount of retail products and merchandise on sale through their websites. Toggle has taken this to the next level by providing fully managed fulfilment packages such as alcohol gift bundles.

We’ve spent the year integrating with even more partners, making vouchers truly omni-channel. A Toggle gift card can be redeemed back on Toggle, it can be used on Shopify, it can be issued by Feed it Back, Freshdesk, it can be redeemed by 20 EPOS partners, as well as 6 mobile order & pay partners.  

So, it’s Toggle Time. It’s time to maximise the opportunity. It's time to organise your merchandise and other retail products. It’s time to get your campaign signed off for Black Friday.
