December's Pinch Punch

New Year, same us, better platforms, more Diet Coke. 2023 is here, and as happy as we are to be kicking in the new year like a hospitality loving Jackie Chan: we are still pretty proud of all things achieved in 2022. 

Here is one twelfth of that pride, wrapped up in a little post we like to call ‘Pinch Punch’. Take a look at our December with us: 

📍 We saw 20 new hospitality brands signing up to Airship & Toggle, including The Inn Collection Group, Six by Nico, Roxy Leisure, Balfour Hospitality Group, Bundobust, The Good Egg and so many more.

📍 We saw 24 hospitality brands complete their onboarding and go live, including Preto, I am Doner, Goals, Vine Hotels, North Brewing Co, Glendola Leisure, German Kraft, Grosvernor Pubs, Fine & Country Inns, Tequila Mockingbird and over a dozen more.

📍 ‘Twas the season for physical gifts! We saw 11 Togglers go live with physical gifts (including Cafe Rouge & Amalfi from Big Table Group), as well as Gail’s smashing it with their launch of 3x brand new retail products! Toggle fulfils physical products from design, right through to distribution.  

📍 A small, but beautiful, 9 platform roll outs across Airship and Toggle, including the  release of Toggle Tickets and Airship Rewards. Keep an eye out for them on our socials over the next week! 

📍 Airship recorded 3.2 million guest interactions and sent 49 million emails, with a 26% click-to-visit conversion rate. Meanwhile, Toggle saw over £9 million in sales with a 15.8% conversion rate, bringing the total for 2022 to over £22 million. 

📍We attended the yearly UKH lunch where Luci, Holly and Tess represented the Airship team and definitely did not make decisions that would later be filled with regret. They were joined by our lovely guests from The Noble Group, Feed It back, Honest Burger, KAM Media, and Amy Harris… who were on their best behaviour. 

📍The end of Toggle Time 2 came at the end of December. The campaign was a real success; a video shoot with Chico, a billboard campaign, only one broken limb. But the real success comes in that of the gift card value sold by our Togglers, who collectively made over £9,019,000 in gifting sales this month!   

📍 We welcomed 3 brand new team members in our very own Jake, Adam and Sarah. Our team has been expanding more and more recently; and we are happy that this recruiting drive is not ending anytime soon. 📍 Across both our platforms, our fantastic partnership teams gained 2 integrations that will be a continuation of the enhanced effectiveness our platforms have. Big shouts to Served Up & ToGo
